These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Holy Grail Wine Company website located at holygrailwine.com, any related webpages, customer account features, and any products or services offered through them (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Veritas Imports, doing business as Holy Grail Wine Company (“Holy Grail Wine Company,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, joining our wine club, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility; Alcohol Sales; Age Requirements
- You are at least 21 years old;
- You are legally permitted to purchase and receive wine in the jurisdiction where the order will be delivered;
- All information you provide to us is accurate and complete; and
- You will not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate accounts if we believe a user is underage, has provided inaccurate information, or is otherwise violating these Terms or applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
- You must promptly update any inaccurate or outdated information; and
- You must notify us promptly at support@holygrailwine.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account, in our discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or used the Site in a way that may harm us, our customers, or others.
Product Information and Availability
- Product descriptions may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;
- Vintages, labels, packaging, bottle sizes, and availability may change without notice;
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only; and
- We do not guarantee that all products displayed on the Site will be available at all times.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse or cancel orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Orders; Acceptance; Pricing
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order in our discretion and for any lawful reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, delivery limitations, or concerns about eligibility.
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, or carrier-related fees, which may be added at checkout.
If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or captured, we will issue a refund or reversal of the amount we determine is appropriate.
Payment
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount due, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Shipping and Delivery
We sell and ship wine only where legally permitted. We may refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be fulfilled or delivered.
- An adult age 21 or older must be available to receive and sign for any wine delivery;
- We do not guarantee delivery to all states, local jurisdictions, buildings, or addresses;
- We may decline shipment to P.O. boxes or any address where adult-signature alcohol delivery is not possible; and
- Delivery dates are estimates only, not guarantees.
Additional shipping terms, if posted elsewhere on the Site, are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Returns, Damage, and Order Issues
Because wine is a regulated and perishable product, all sales are generally final, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise materially affected in transit, please contact us promptly at support@holygrailwine.com. We may request photographs, order information, and other details reasonably needed to evaluate the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Wine Club
Holy Grail Wine Company may offer a wine club or approved-buyer membership program (the “Wine Club”).
- Wine Club membership is a free approval-based membership;
- Membership indicates that we have approved the member as an eligible buyer or participant;
- Membership does not by itself create any recurring paid subscription or automatic billing obligation; and
- Wine Club benefits, eligibility criteria, features, and availability may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke Wine Club membership in our discretion, including for legal, compliance, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
User Content; Reviews
We may now or in the future allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other content (“User Content”).
If you submit User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content in connection with our business, marketing, and operation of the Site.
- You own or control all rights necessary to submit the User Content;
- Your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- Your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and
- Your User Content is not defamatory, obscene, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
We may remove, refuse, or moderate User Content at any time and for any reason, but we are not obligated to do so.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- Use the Site if you are under 21;
- Impersonate another person or submit false information;
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site without our written permission;
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others; or
- Use the Site in a way that could harm us, our customers, or third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, images, design, software, and overall look and feel, are owned by or licensed to Veritas Imports or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, content, or services, or integrate third-party functionality such as payment, analytics, security, or ecommerce services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, ALL CONTENT, AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERITAS IMPORTS, HOLY GRAIL WINE COMPANY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veritas Imports, Holy Grail Wine Company, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law or the rights of another; or
- Any User Content you submit.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, internet or utility failures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, public health events, or supply-chain disruptions.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that is not subject to informal resolution and is permitted to be brought in court shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Electronic Communications
By using the Site, creating an account, or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, disclosures, and records relating to your account, orders, and these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject matter.
