FAQs
Find answers to the most common questions about our wines, orders, and delivery.
How do we store our wines?
Ideal temperature and humidity controlled on site.
How do we source our wines?
Directly sourced and imported through our sister company.
Weather-Related Shipping Concerns
We only recommend shipping wine during cool (rather than cold) weather. Our priority is always to provide the highest quality product, so we will hold your wine free-of-charge over summer or winter months at a climate-controlled facility. If you do need to ship wine during periods of extreme temperatures, we recommend selecting overnight shipping and using cold packs to stabilize the temperature.
When will my wine ship?
When a wine is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. It is preferable not to have orders sitting in a warehouse over the weekend (for optimal climate control), so we will often wait to ship orders that come in on a Thursday or Friday until the following Monday. If you need your wine delivered more promptly, please shoot us an email at marnie@holygrailwine.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Cancellations
Changing Your Order: If you make an error while ordering, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancelling an Order: Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% fee if your wine has not shipped. Once the order is en route, we unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellations. If you believe there is an error with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can review your request promptly. Requests must be submitted no later than three (3) business days after delivery and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Faulted Wine: We take the utmost care to ensure that all the wine we sell is stored properly and remains in sound condition. Our wine is sold as is; please email us if you discover any issues upon opening.
